Key offerings like Number Fun, Lilly & Larry Love Literacy, and Toddle Fit were buried in menus, enrolment forms were hard to find, and the site didn’t showcase DramEd’s expert-led, interactive approach—leading to low enquiries, high bounce rates, and missed partnership opportunities.
We began by clarifying DramEd’s core promise—“Turning Everyday Learning into a Magical Adventure.” The site was reorganized into three clear pathways: Nursery & Preschool Classes, School Workshops & Clubs, and Parent & Staff Training. Each programme got its own spotlight page with engaging descriptions, vibrant imagery, and “Book a Session” calls to action. We embedded authentic client testimonials under each service, added a prominent “Free Resources” signup form, and streamlined contact options (phone, email, and live chat). Finally, we optimized for mobile and speed, ensuring teachers and parents could explore offerings and book sessions instantly on any device.
