Masquerade Theatre Arts’ previous website was cluttered and confusing: visitors couldn’t quickly find age-appropriate classes, term dates, or enrollment options. Key programmes like Masquerade Juniors, Main School, and Holiday Workshops were buried in menus. The lack of visible parent testimonials and an unclear “Book Now” flow led to low online enrolments, high bounce rates, and missed opportunities for school partnerships.
We refocused the site around Masquerade’s core promise—“Turning Everyday Learning into a Magical Adventure”—and reorganized navigation into clear sections for Juniors (4–6), Main School (7–16), and Holiday Workshops. Each programme received its own spotlight page with vibrant imagery, concise descriptions, and prominent “Enrol Now” calls to action. We embedded authentic parent testimonials throughout, added an easy-to-find term-dates widget, and streamlined the enrolment form into a single-step booking flow. Finally, we optimized for mobile and speed, ensuring families could explore classes and book in seconds on any device.
